Here’s our process…


Let us know your required date so we can check and make sure our core line up is available. If we are available we’ll move on to pricing…


Our pricing is based on location and band size – our usual line up is a five piece but you may want some brass, saxophone, keyboards, violin etc. – these would be extra if available. We’ll need some basic details about the event you are planning – venue, timings, format etc before we can give you a quote…


Once we have your requirements in we can send an accurate price based on the details which we can agree and confirm…


If we agree on all aspects of proposal then we will confirm via email before a deposit is made…


If we’ve not dealt with you before then we’ll often ask for a non-refundable deposit before the performance…


We will carry out the gig as agreed after which a balance payment or payment in full is paid.

Pre and Post Performance

Pre-performance U-Turn take an active role in marketing our commercial gigs open to the general public. This may include poster creation and other promotional graphics, Facebook, Instagram and other music social media websites. In short we’ll work with you to help make it a success.

Post-performance we’ll create an archive web page of the performance using our own photos and videos. If you have any photos or videos please share them with us. We also use Facebook and Instagram so most likely will post there too.

This is a great way for commercial venues to publicise themselves, so we highly recommend doing this.
